My FMCG client is looking for Business Analyst - Financial Systems to be responsible for designing, defining, managing, and deploying the global finance processes.

**Client Details**

My client is a leading FMCG brand, based in Battersea, looking to implement Oracle Cloud and further technologies with the help of a Business Analyst - Financial Systems.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of the Business Analyst - Financial Systems:

- Support finance programme lead with all aspects of project governance, project management, and delivery in various workstreams with hands-on approach, based on changing priorities and business needs.
- Ensure all meeting agenda and action items/minutes are documented, and proactively communicated and followed-up with stakeholders by way of supporting to progress with delivery of outstanding tasks and actions.
- Update, maintain, and communicate project/workstream's progress.
- Ensure successful delivery and project management of 3rd party system integration including banks.
- Monitor, assess, and manage RAIDs and logs closely to ensure cross-functional dependencies, issues and risks are addressed and resolved.
- Assess impact of any changes in solution/requirements to the plan, programme strategy, and finance TOM.
- Compiling and maintaining project documentation such as BRDs, project plans, gap analysis, procedural documentation as needed, sign-offs, etc.
- Based on project plan and timeline, analyze project progress to ensure that project team/SMEs adheres to project delivery requirements.
- Any other tasks, activities, and priorities that may be required to support finance programme by filling in the gaps as much as possible.
- Capture, analyze and document finance business requirements as needed, support requirements gathering process, working closely with finance stakeholders, IT colleagues, Oracle consultants, and 3rd party vendors.
- Understand and document the current and to be finance processes where needed for discussions through working with various stakeholders across the business.

**Profile**

The successful Business Analyst - Financial Systems will show the following:

- Experience working with 3rd parties - ie Banks, IT consultants
- Experience working on finance projects in P2P, O2C and R2R workstreams.
- Strong Project Management experience
- Exposure to process mapping
- Support/ exposure to Oracle
- ERP experience is an advantage - ie integration
- FMCG background

**Job Offer**

On offer for the successful Business Analyst - Financial Systems:

- 6 month initial contract
- 1/2 days at their office in Battersea
- Between £550 - £600 per day Outside IR35
