Here at Doncasters we specialise in turning metals into motion, working with household names such as Rolls Royce and Airbus, we are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to help us continue our Journey. Based in our HQ team, you will be working hybrid, commuting to our office in Castle Donnington, Derby, at least two times per week.

The working hours for this role are 37 per week, working 8:30am-5pm Monday to Thursday, with an early finish of 2pm on Fridays.

**The Role**

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for all management accounting reporting for our HQ. You will use your strong accounting knowledge to process month end, whilst monitoring forecasts and budgets.

During this role, you will be the main point of contact for queries relating to costs, accruals, and pensions. You will lead a committed team to help achieve our objectives. As such, you will play an important role in coaching the team to drive performance. You will help the finance function to develop and continuously improve through supporting growth opportunities.

Further, as Doncasters is a data-driven business, you will use your strong attention to detail to lead audit requests and complete correction accounting for HQ employee related compensation areas.
