We’re a Birmingham-based agency helping B2B technology and consulting companies drive predictable growth in their organisations. Although we’re born and bred in Brum, we work with clients all over the UK, and even as far afield as Malaysia, the US, and Singapore.

We’re called ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment) for a simple reason, we think marketing should have a real, tangible impact on a business’ bottom line. And the best way to do that (at least for B2B tech companies) is through a combination of digital marketing and thought leadership, supported by the best marketing tech. As a result, most of our clients programmes are made up of lead generation, account-based marketing, content creation, and HubSpot implementation and support.

Our team is made up of ex-client side marketers, digital marketing pros, content experts, and design buffs who combine their individual brilliance to produce real results for our clients.

**Job description**

**About the role**:
You'll also have a keen eye for detail, as a big part of the role is supporting the content production process - from idea and topic generation to liaising with our team of copywriters to produce the end result.

Most of our clients use HubSpot, and we're a HubSpot Platinum Partner, so you'll helping clients make the best use of this tool. Some experience with HubSpot will be a big advantage as a result.

You'll either be a recent graduate, with a desire to develop your skills, or somebody that's looking to take the next step in their marketing career.

**Salary**: Up to £22k-£25k, dependent on experience.

Location: Hybrid. We have an office in Sutton Coldfield, where we'd love to see you on a schedule that suits you. Most team members visit the office once or twice a week.
