**Company**:
Our client is a leading building contractor specialising in the housing and education sector, who has a history of delivering high-quality projects ranging from specialist refurbishment, roof replacements, traditional construction, internal & external upgrades, and new builds.

Due to new contract wins, they are now seeking an additional Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to act as the first point of contact for tenants benefitting from planned maintenance and re-roofing being undertaken by their Social Housing provider.

**Role**:
You will engage, build, and maintain excellent professional relationships with the residents and clients to optimise the company's service and reputation, ensuring that any complaints and issues are resolved effectively and efficiently. You will drive continuous improvement in relation to the service provided during the work programme.

As the 'face' of the company, you will have excellent customer service skills and previous experience in a similar role. The following will also be ideal
- Some experience in QHSE Standards.
- Knowledge to support the Social Housing industry.
- Previous experience of working to fast paced programs.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook - ideally in Mi Housing also.
- Be a good team player, with the ability to manage your time well.
