**JOB PURPOSE**

To provide a first class administration service to the Materials Ordering department, continually developing to be able to cover Holidays etc.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Interrogate reserve MRPs ensuring information is accurate.
- Implement board grade changes, inform the relevant depts.
- Work to find alternate materials where appropriate
- Set up new item codes onto Avante system
- Alter Avante system to reflect dates and timings of material supply.
- Systems Housekeeping during MRP ordering
- Control AGED Board through Monthly report - liaising with internal & external account execs
- Develop a close working relationship with team in department.
- Offer assistance within Materials department during busy and critical times.

- Punctual, presentable and with good attendance.
- Will be working in very fast paced environment so you must be experienced in dealing with pressure and be highly organised with an ability to multi-task and manage ones own time.
- Pro-active and can do attitude required.
- Works well in a team and on ones own.

**Hours of work - **Rotating days and night 12 hour shifts - 36 1/2 hours per week
