Here at Banham, we are looking for a Keyholding Assistant Operations Manager to join our Keyholding team.

- An ability to support the Key Guard team including Supervisors,
- Be the second level of escalation for the Key Guard team with queries, concerns, and complaints, either in the absence or in support of the Keyholding Operation Manager
- Develop the Key Guard team alongside progression planning.
- Your previous leadership experience will mean that you are able to support with monthly 1-2-1’s, including quality career conversations and quarterly statistical analysis meetings with all direct reports.
- Bring empathy and effective sensitive handling of people and any potential grievance, disciplinary, sickness, and annual leave.
- Have the ability to provide feedback, with opportunities for improvement to Keyholding Quality and Continuous Improvement manager
- Experience in resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently in a customer-centric way without the need to escalate further.
- Be confident to provide information for and/or lead communications within Banham, this may include presentations or training sessions for example.
- As an active member of the Keyholding team contribute to the attainment of departmental objectives and KPI’s.
- In the absence of the Keyholding Operations Manager, ensure rotas provide suitable cover for all shifts,ensuring best planning to avoid overtime wherever possible.
- Mentor, train, and support new and existing team members
- Conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner as the “face” of Banham at all times when in uniform and/or on/in a company vehicle, this may be outside of your paid working hours
