£9-10 per hour PAYE

We are currently recruiting for a number of Call Handlers to work in the Coventry area. This is a demanding role and requires good ability to handle large volume inbound telephone calls whilst maintaining accuracy and follow up queries in a timely manner.

This is an urgent requirement which is available on a temporary to permanent basis - please only consider this opportunity if you are immediately available or on a one week notice period. All work will be completed onsite in Coventry.

Essential criteria:

- Ability to prioritise and time manage own workload
- Have a confident and pleasant telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and within the team
- Good attention to detail
- Experience working in a call centre environment would be advantageous
- To maintain confidentiality, security and integrity of information
- Good IT skills
- Possess the necessary enthusiasm, drive and motivation required to achieve maximum results
- Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative environment and working with computerised data systems
