The Role.
- Working alongside a number of departments and business units you will partner with varying levels of stakeholders to come up with viable digital ideas through to implementation and review.
- Analyse market trends, competitor capabilities and suppliers in identify potential further development.
- Introducing **digital tools** across the group including evaluation of the benefits gained.
- Leading and creating a digital roadmap and strategy to monitor developments. Communicate performance and ideas for change to senior stakeholders.
- Full end to end project delivery.
- Building relationships and interacting with incubator and accelerator programmes to build working partnerships in order to support growth and revenue.
You will need.
- Proven track record for delivering successful **digital projects**.
- A genuine passion for digital.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a **digital project/transformation** based role.
- An innovative thinker with the ability to think outside the box.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
