As a CRM Sales Advisor you will be contacting existing customers to gauge our current service levels, problem-solving when any issues come to light, upselling any products or services that would be applicable to that business, accurately keep the CRM system up to date with accurate information and liase with our internal network of Franchisees.

You will need excellent attention to detail and the ability to liaise confidently with both customers and colleagues.

In this role your main responsibilities will be:

- Manage new and existing relationship with customers both internally and externally
- Ensure that all customers are aware of the services offered
- Create and follow up meetings for members of the sales team
- Keep an up-to-date knowledge of the services that we deliver
- Manage own diary to ensure that all customers’ expectations are met
- Build new relationships with prospects to assist with converting to a customer
- Ensure that the internal CRM system is kept up to date
- Work closely with team members to help provide a consistent service to all
- Ensure that all KPI's are hit

Skills, Experience and Personality:

- Ability to engage customers and build relationships at a business-to-business level
- Confidence to communicate with a wide range of customers over a multitude of industries
- Experience in using Microsoft excel and preferable experience in previous Customer Relationship Managing and sales roles
- Self-driven to achieve personal and team targets
- Excellent phone manner

Benefits and other information:

- Basic Salary of £20,000/annum increasing to £21,500 after passing probation period with a potential bonus of a £3000 per year
- Working hours of Monday - Friday
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Remote working, you will be required to supply a reliable home broadband/wifi connection
- Full training provided
