Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the Training Estate facilities, typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks, and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train.

**Shifts run between**: 08:00 - 16:00 from Monday to Sunday

**Hours of work**:37 per week

**Contract**: Fixed Term - 12 Months

**Annual Allowances**: £1,127.50 for working weekends

**Location**: Wathgill Camp, Wathgill, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL11 6AH

**Interviews to be held between**:Wednesday 13th - Friday 15th August

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Looking after the camps general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose
- Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including ablutions, shower blocks etc.
- General building maintenance
- Basic grounds maintenance
- Working to deadlines and having a flexible approach as priorities change
- Carrying out Preventative and Reactive Maintenance Work Orders
- Operation and maintenance of plant & equipment (training will be provided)
- Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
- Work in a diverse multi-tasking mobile team environment
- Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
- General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to complete documentation
- Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet
- Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence due to the rural location of this site (essential)
