Office Administrator

Birmingham Garage & Industrial Doors Ltd are looking for an office administrator to join our powder coating facility. The role will involve order progressing, data entry, scheduling and invoicing as well as other day to day administration tasks. As you will be client facing, it is important to have good telephone manner and interpersonal skills as to help promote business and maintain customer relations. Predominately the role will be working alone in the office with occasional interactions from production staff, customers or deliveries. So being able to work independently with your own time and work management is essential. Working knowledge of sage, Microsoft Office (particularly word and excel) is desirable.
Flexible office hours to suit school times etc can be accommodated for but core hours would be between 09:30 and 14:30. Working hours can be discussed at interview.
Any experience working in the powder coating industry would be highly beneficial but is not essential as on the job training will be provided.
