**The role**

This is an opportunity to join our growing Risk & Compliance team based within our Head Office, working and collaborating directly with our Head of Risk & Compliance.

You will be providing operational support for the team across the whole organisation and working on projects that will manage the evolving compliance processes and procedures for the group.

You will also gain experience working with directorates and other business groups to ensure that policies, processes and training remain up to date and relevant. Guidance and awareness will be your responsibility, to provide information and reminders to employees when updates on changes have taken or are about to take place.

**What we are looking for**
- A compliance superstar with interest and experience in Compliance and experience in GDPR, 1st and 3rd parties liaising
- A background working within FCA guideline is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and experience engaging others within a large organisation
- Self-motivation and able to adjust to new situations and environments
- Strong technical understanding of regulation and compliance and limitations
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
