Due to continued success and future business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Group Marketing Assistant to join our team based at our Group head office in Barlborough, Chesterfield.

**The Role**

**Do you possess a keen interest in both digital and traditional marketing? Do you have previous experience in writing copy? Are you a strong team player with the ability to work well under pressure?If the answer is yes, then look no further, your next career could be with us**

Joining our team as Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our Group Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executive in looking after the Avant Homes consumer website, taking briefs from regional sales teams to update marketing materials,and working with industry systems to ensure the efficient and coherent management of Group resources.

**Key duties and requirements**

You will also be responsible for but not limited to;
- Writing and updating copy using our CMS system.
- Photography and Artwork management.
- Updating details and administrative information for upcoming and live developments.
- Management and reporting on third party platforms such as Property Portals and TrustPilot.

**Who are we looking for?**

The successful Group Marketing Assistant must possess a keen interest in digital and traditional marketing and be competent in writing copy. Great communication skills, passion, thinking 'outside of the box' and a willingness to learn are also key to successwithin this role.
- A broad knowledge of IT software in particular Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience or interest in web management and Open-Source CMS systems.
- Strong organisation skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and working to tight deadlines.
