Group Marketing Coordinator

Due to continued success and future business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Group Marketing Coordinator to join our team based at our Group head office in Barlborough, Chesterfield.

**The Role**

Joining our team as Group Marketing Coordinator and reporting into the Group Marketing Manager, you will assist in looking after the Avant Homes branded communications and publications, ensuring the capable execution of the business' brand and strategy.

**Key duties and requirements**

You will also be responsible for but not limited to;
- Attending regional and quarterly marketing meeting, taking minutes and actions for the Group Marketing department.
- Working closely with regional teams to ensure site-specific marketing strategies are efficient and effective and reporting on ROI.
- Working closely with other departments including Business Systems, Commercial, Customer Service and Technical to ensure effective delivery of the marketing strategy and core business objectives for growth.
- Briefing agency partners and seeing group projects through to completion including digital agency, design agency and print and production suppliers.
- Working closely with our PR agency to produce content and press releases that support the Group Brand and Employee Brand strategy.
- Writing and updating web copy using our CMS system.
- Working with our advertising and digital agencies on testing and reporting that will improve customer experience.
- Briefing social media content and reporting results.
- Regular testing and reporting to optimise external messaging for Avant Homes.
- Briefing artwork and signage requirements with design agency and Sales teams.

**Who are we looking for?**

To be successful as our Group Marketing Coordinator, you will be used to working in a fast-paced yet organised and methodical environment whilst also possessing the ability to learn and develop your knowledge of the new homes marketing industry.

Previous experience of working within similar role for a housebuilder or marketing agency would be highly desirable.

To be considered for this role you must also possess:

- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
- The ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to business requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
