**Job Role**:
Imperial Personnel are recruiting for a HR Assistant to join our client in Worksop on a permanent basis.
**Purpose**:
**Hours and Pay**:
40 hours per week - 5 days per week Mon - Fri
£25,000 pa
**Responsibilities**:
- Advertise and manage any recruitment activity.
- Organising internal training for new starters.
- Manage the HR system for starters and leavers.
- Processing new starters from initial offer through to completion of probation, such as creating letters, contracts and new starter paperwork.
- Dealing with any HR queries and managing the inbox.
- Produce key reports and support the HR Manager with ad hoc projects.
- To update absence records and monitor levels.
- Ensure HR correspondence and request through various sources are dealt with accordingly.
**Skills Required**:
- Good IT Skills
- Previous HR admin experience.
- Confident and resilient.
- Able to work independently.
- Excellent admin skills.
- An understanding of payroll processing.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload.
- Part-Qualified in HR is desired.
