Nova Talent are working with a new and innovative company that is experiencing continual growth, we are working together in sourcing an experienced HR Professional to join the Team in delivering HR support to the wider business.
**Working in a generalist capacity and reporting in to the Head of HR, the duties include but not limited to**:
- To support and advise departmental managers with absence management, performance management, grievances and disciplinary cases on site.
- HR Administration duties such as reviewing and writing letters/meeting notes, sending out birthday cards to employees.
- Supporting the head of HR in building on the company value proposition, ensuring consistency and delivery of the VP.
- To lead on maintaining the company’s policies and procedures ensuring they are compliant and being adhered to across the business.
- Monitoring time & attendance, absences, holidays and sickness.
- Manage the input and maintenance of all colleague records before, during and at the end of employment.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees across the business.
- Input and process payroll, ensuring compliance and in line with PAYE legislation.
- To be present on the ‘shop floor’, liaising with colleagues and being a support to them.
**What we are looking for**:
- Demonstrable experience of working in a HR Support role.
- Payroll processing experience is advantageous.
- CIPD Level 3 (desirable)
- Adaptable approach to work.
- A clear and strong communicator.
- Experience of working with T&A and Payroll systems.
**Salary and Benefits**:
Up to £32,000/pa
31 Days holiday including Bank Hols

Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm
