HR Advisor

Title: HR Advisor (fixed term 1 year)

**Salary**: £30,000 - 34,000 (excellent benefits) - great opportunity to learn from strong experienced HR mentors

This is a great organisation to work for where my client is offering an outstanding opportunity for an HR Assistant or HR Advisor seeking to work in a busy and supportive HR team working as a true operation HR generalist with exposure to most tasks in HR. Also a great place to gain experience and exposure working for a highly successful and experienced HR mentor. The role offers exposure to support on a broad range of day-to-day HR tasks, but also supporting the Global HR Manager on global HR projects.

THE ROLE:
The HR Advisor role is a fixed term 1 year position based at one site where hybrid working is offered. The role will support the site HR Manager and the Global HR Manager on HR projects.

The role covers day-to-day HR - dealing with any ER issues, disciplinaries, inductions, overseeing complex cases, pulling together KPI's/figures for reports,

Supporting Managers with recruitment (end to end), liaising with Occ Health and Unions keeping accurate records and maintaining the IT system. Coaching Team Leaders and Process managers on HR policies and procedures, Assisting with development/updating HR polices, Assisting and leading on charity committee, company values, employee engagement, supporting on global HR projects.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally CIPD 3 or 5 (or working towards)

Strong ER experience

Excellent employment law knowledge and up-to-date

Recruitment experience (end-to-end)

Good with IT systems and Excel spreadsheets

Min 2 years HR experience / working in HR dept

Ability to work with mínimal supervision,

Confident, resilient, discreet and confidential,

Ability to support change, influence and build relationships at all levels

An organised person, capable of accurate and detailed work

Proactive thinker generating ideas - capable of challenging the status quo

Strong communicator
