**SALARY**:£20,000 - £25,000 per annum (Basic Salary), Depending on Experience /£27,000 - £30,000 OTE

Working as a Graduate Trainee Research, Strategy and Marketing Executive you will be responsible for the creation and project management of an event from the very beginning

As a Graduate Trainee Research, Strategy and Marketing Executive you will have the opportunity to join an exciting graduate position producing conferences.

Joining the company and after training you will be the creative force of the conference and will oversee the shaping of the agenda and speaker line-up.

**DUTIES**

Your duties as a Graduate Trainee Research, Strategy and Marketing Executive will include:

- Telephone and desk research into target markets and key business trends
- Creative writing for sales-orientated agendas
- Writing copy for marketing campaigns
- Influencing and recruiting speakers on the telephone and face-to-face
- Researching and creating databases of industry contacts
- Liaising and organising the speakers on the actual day of the conference
- Running the conference on the day

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2.1 degree required or equivalent
- A professional, calm, courteous and friendly manner
- A commercial mind and determination to succeed
- An excellent eye for detail and good at proof reading
- A pro-active, positive and 'can do’ attitude an ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Maturity, versatility, and a good team player
- Problem solving, self-motivation and initiative
- A strong academic record
