**JOB TITLE**: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

£24,000 base starting salary plus commission potential from day one

A bonus structure genuinely unrivalled in the recruitment industry

This should see you realistically achieving OTE earnings of £35-45k in the first year and £60k-80k in yrs 2/3.

**THE CLIENT**:
My Client’s consultancy is a rapidly expanding Recruitment consultancy that specialises in sourcing niche marketing skills to FTSE 100 companies, leading Marketing Consultancies and Research Houses throughout the UK and overseas. They currently focus onrecruiting Market Researchers, Digital Marketers and Analysts of marketing.

As a result they are growing rapidly and are looking for Trainee recruiters to join their successful team at their London, Bristol and Reading offices.They have a superb track record of training graduates to earn £80k+ within a 2-3 year time frame. Theyare committed to helping consultants build their own business within the business.

**Your role will involve**:

- Working in a strong sales and customer service environment
- A considerable amount of database interrogation and research combined with a high level of telephone sales activity.
- A structured development programme with fast-track progression to working directly with clients within 3 months.

**They are looking for**:

- A degree qualification - 2:1 or above (in any discipline).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- A confident, energetic and resourceful nature.

Some previous office or ideally direct or telesales experience is an advantage, but not entirely necessary as intense training is provided.
