We are seeking to appoint a passionate and ambitious Food & Beverage Supervisor who is a team player

**This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor looking for a challenging role**

The **Food & Beverage Supervisor** will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, focusing on delivering exceptional service in our Open Lobby Bar & Restaurant, delivering seamless wedding and event execution with a polite professional manner to our established and new clients.
- Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be required to assist in managing the busy food and beverage outlets daily.
- Team player with excellent leadership skills assisting managing a team of Food & Beverage staff
- Carrying out staff training and development using on the job training providing follow up training as necessary
- Up dating and maintaining standards of performance, health and safety, and rota’s

summarising activities for the mo

The Person:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills with an eye for detail and the ability to use own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure maintaining a positive can do attitude
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and be the best
