As a Kitchen Assistant at the Holiday Inn South Normanton you will be part of a passionate team that takes pride in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
- Operating and cleaning a large commercial dishwasher
- Temperature checking of food deliveries
- Checking in deliveries and putting away
- Correct storage of all food deliveries
- Sweeping & mopping floors
- Emptying waste bins
- Cleaning and sanitising work areas to the required standard
- Deep cleaning of equipment, ovens. Deep fat fryers, food preparation areas, fridges and freezers etc
- Maintaining a standard expected of a four star hotel kitchen

Ensuring the highest standard of hygiene & cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation, by adhering to the Hotels Health & Safety and Food Policies

Days and hours to suit the business including weekends and bank holidays, we operate a rota system so flexibility is a must

Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate would be advantageous

Meals on duty, uniform and a range of other staff benefits are offered
