You will focus on delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.

The Person:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills with an eye for detail and the ability to use own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure maintaining a positive can do attitude
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and be the best
- Communication skills with the ability to build strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the business and build a strong rapport with guests
- Excellent decision making and influencing skills

Hours of work - The position is a permanent zero hour role and would primarily operate around the needs of the business, you would be required to work evenings and weekends
