**Overall purpose of the role**:
To be a part of the team ensuring the centre is run in line with the Company’s core values, focussing all direction and activity on Colleagues, Clients & Commercials.
**Main duties and responsibilities of the role**:
Front of House:
- To provide a professional service to all Landmark clients and visitors;
- To resolve day-to-day enquiries/complaints in a professional and efficient manner;
- To deliver all internal post and process all post and courier requests
- local and international;
- To complete regular inspections of the Centre;
- To assist the CRM with the end of month report;
Meeting Rooms:
- To book meeting rooms for internal clients using our internal system;
- To ensure meetings room standards such as set-up, equipment checking and clearing are maintained;
- To pro-actively monitor and ensure all bookings are running to schedule;
- To ensure pre-and post-booking processes are completed including invoicing external clients
Virtual Office and Compliance:
- To comply with Landmark’s VO Compliance policy and process;
- To co-ordinate all internal centre communications and administration for a new client.

You will need to demonstrate, to both your colleagues and your clients, a professional and resilient approach to all client services, ensuring operational excellence in all areas.
Your exceptional communication skills, hospitality and ability to work under pressure whilst balancing the interests of your colleagues, clients and the business will set you apart in the industry.
