The Client Service Associate will focus on the long-term success of their investors. As a Senior Training Associate, you'll play a meaningful role in providing the best in class support to their UK Personal Investor business. Working in training will giveyou the opportunity to help make their crew the best they can be when it comes to serving their clients.

The financial services client based in the City of London is one of the worlds largest asset manager with an office in the City of London.

**Description**

The core duties of the Client Service Associate:

- Provide training and guidance to assist crew with becoming proficient in systems and processes.
- Provide training and guidance to crew to enable them to effectively deal with answering calls and messages from prospects and existing clients.
- Deliver interactive, leaner-focused training sessions to all retail individual client facing crew. Encourages active participation, facilitates discussion, and keeps crew focused by managing timing and pace.
- Collaborates with Training and Quality Assurance Manager to measure outcomes from training sessions. Provides required training feedback on any learning gaps identified where needed.
- Collaborates with Training and Quality Assurance Manager to design effective training plans. Provides recommendations on where training plan improvements can be made.
- Works with Training and Quality Assurance Manager to determine crew competency sign off.
- Maintains proficiency by assisting Client Service Associates when call and message volumes dictate.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

**Profile**

The pre-requisites for the Client Service Associate are as follows:

- Undergraduate degree (or equivalent training and experience)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the financial services industry
- Experience in training
- Prior client services experience is essential
- Excellent communication and team working attributes
- Ability to work effectively within all levels of the department

**Job Offer**

Competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000 plus bonus and benefits package
