**What you’ll be doing**:

- Deals with issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information. Collects feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness.
- Utilises methods, tools, techniques; selecting appropriately from plan-driven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches.
- Investigates operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
- Specifies requirements for environment, data, resources and tools, reviews and test results and modifies tests as necessary.

The Dreadnought Alliance (DNA) is responsible for delivering the Dreadnought Programme, to replace the current Vanguard platforms and maintain Continuous At Sea Deterrence (CASD); consisting of design, build, testing and commissioning of the four new platforms and initial support and training arrangements. Launched in Apr 18, the Dreadnought Programme is being delivered under an Alliance formed between the SDA, BAE Systems and Rolls-Royce. This construct has formed as a result of recommendations outlined in the Strategic Defence and Security Review (SDSR 2015) - to harness effective working relationships between MOD and industrial partners to improve performance. The role also supports the Dreadnought Supply & Support Team (DSST). DSST is responsible for delivering Government Furnished Assets (GFA), including equipment, information and resources, into the Dreadnought Design and Build Programme, and for managing the transition of Dreadnought into the Royal Navy. This includes establishing the through life support solution, ensuring training provision for Dreadnought’s maintainers and crew and establishing both the physical and information infrastructure to support Dreadnought in-service.
