**Job Title**:Data Analysis Training Lead

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead on all aspects of digital skills requirements and assessment in the business, whilst working across multiple functions & programmes to understand both current data literacy levels & future needs in line with the business strategy
- You will manage the understanding & assessment of digital bias within the business, including its current impacts and future improvement roadmap aligned to the Submarines business strategy
- Manage the design & development of a suitable digital skills training curriculum, including multiple training interventions to cover data & analytics awareness, functional conversion courses and digital bias/critical thinking skills
- Undertake the deployment & delivery of these of these courses across the business, linking the training outcomes to real-world business performance improvements by the course delegates
- Provide research and seek out industry best proactive in terms of training content & delivery methods, to ensure all delivered interventions are as engaging & effective as possible, combined with strong & effective soft skills
- Establish a post training support network for delegates, along with making available a series of quality resource materials so the taught principles can easily be put into practice
- Lead on the deployment & roll-out of BAE Systems data competencies across the Submarines business.

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Be an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of Data & Analytics (tools, techniques, practices)
- Have good knowledge of delivery functions Engineering, Supply Chain & Operations
- Be able to demonstrate good commercial awareness & how it integrates within own and wider project areas
- Hold developed communication and diplomacy skills. With this, you will need to be able to persuade and influence internal & external stakeholders, often at senior levels internally and sometimes externally

Desirable:

- Be able to develop innovative solutions to complex issues in a wider Business context
- Extensive understanding of the Business environment for own project and teams
