The role of the Customer Service Coordinator - Formwork & Falsework / Ground Engineering will involve:

- Customer Service Coordinator role dealing with a wide range of products such as groundworks, reinforcements, concrete accessories, waterproofing and engineered formwork and falsework solutions
- Liaising with main contractors, builders merchants, end users and the trade
- Provide an exceptional standard of customer service at all times
- Processing sales and hire orders
- Managing stock levels
- Supporting the project sales engineers to ensure all project requirements are met and delivered accurately
- Resolving all customer queries and complaints in a timely, professional manner
- Completing all admin responsibilities quickly and efficiently

The ideal applicant will be Customer Service Coordinator - Formwork & Falsework / Ground Engineering with:

- Must have 2 years’ experience within an admin OR customer service role within either the construction OR hire industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Highly organised, resilient, confident and personable
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Ambitious individual who’s willing to learn and grow with the company
- IT literate as required to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
