We are one of the UK’s leading product design companies that specialises in supplying unusual and unique gifts to many top retailers here in the UK, USA, and all around the world. Current clients include Waterstones, Waitrose, MoonPig, Amazon, Barnes & Noble and Urban Outfitters, just to name a few.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic logistics co-ordinator to join our growing team. You will be working closely with our warehouse and sales teams to help ensure that we meet all customer requirements, consulting with third parties to place orders and arrange shipments, also dealing with any delivery or customs issues.

This is an office-based role reporting to the Finance and Operations Director, and working in our office in South Wimbledon, London.

**The Role**:

- To work closely with our both our warehouse and sales team.
- Generating and ordering labels as per specific customer requirements.
- Consulting with our colleagues in our warehouse to ensure all customer rework requirements are met.
- Contact clients to arrange delivery and collection bookings.
- Monitoring international shipments to ensure that we are aware of any issues with deliveries.
- Liaising with couriers and shipping companies to overcome issues, also making claims as and when required.
- Contacting both customs and customers to help resolve any specific customs issues.

**Skills Required**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, or a role with a relevant skillset
- Excellent planning and organisation.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Comfortable working under pressure while completing multiple tasks.
- Strong people skills to help develop close working relationships at all levels with both colleagues, customers, and other associated partners.
- Must be numerate with experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular).

**Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

**Please be aware that this is an office-based role, and applicants who live more than one hour from our office location will not be considered.**

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
