Located: Bury St Edmunds or surrounding areas
Remuneration: £21,000 - £25,000 + Discretionary Bonus

The role of Internal Sales - Bathrooms & Sanitary-ware will involve:

- Internal sales position dealing with a range of high end bathroom products such as: sanitary-ware, showers, baths, brassware and furniture
- Placing and monitoring customer sales orders and liaising with main contractors and housing developers
- Liaising with various departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders to customer sites
- Taking customer enquiries such as; product availability, delivery dates, logistic schedules, and product lead times
- Building and developing good relationships with customers and acting as their sole contact in the company
- Identify potential with your clients, upselling and cross-selling where possible
- Ensuring all relevant information is inputted onto the internal database
- Dealing with complaints or faults in a professional manor

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales - Bathrooms & Sanitary-ware with
- Ideally will have internal sales / customer service experience within the KBB market sector
- Experience with call-off orders and quick fixes would be highly beneficial
- Excellent telephone manor
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Resilient individual who can deal with complaints
- Excellent communicator written and verbally
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good team player who also works well individually
