We are the fastest growing family business in the Northwest and are looking for ambitious, hardworking people to join our award-winning Group. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Call Centre Supervisor to join our established Contact Centre Team in Wigan.

**Role Requirements**
- Experienced in call centre work, preferably at a supervisor level
- Experience of the motor trade would be preferred but not essential
- Excellent report skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data
- Ambitious and eager to earn and relish the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly commissions and exceed set targets and KPIs
- Experience of upselling products and service plan offers to existing customers
- An excellent communicator who can speak clearly and concisely
- The ability to stand in for the Call Centre Manager as required and manage the day-to-day requirements of the Team.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Be able to respond and adapt to the needs of all customers
- Have good interpersonal skills are required and ability to use initiative
- Strong team player

**Salary**: Up to £35,000.00 per year
