We are looking for an ambitious Store Manager to efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, operations, business administration, team lead and development.

**About your role and responsibilities**:

- Lead the store by following the LFDY standards and driving performance
- Maintain an authentic LFDY environment across the store
- Ensure to be compliant with all guidelines with regards to visual merchandise, customer service and other given standards as stock coordination
- Acting as brand ambassador, you will be a present leader on the shop floor to ensure a perfect customer experience, achieve a high customer satisfaction and to increase the brand loyality
- Represent the brand as our local hero in front of all stakeholders (Build and maintain familiarity with the local external environment: customers, competitors and talent)
- Maintain a commercial mindset to continuously identify opportunities to increase the sales performance
- Promote operational excellence in all areas of the store
- Discover excellent product knowledge and promote the same standard throughout the team
- Maintain a good understanding of product sales performance to improve the sale of available merchandise
- Lead, inspire and manage a high performing, positive team
- You will report directly to the Operations Retail Management and be a part of our LFDY Store-Manager-Team

**Your Profile / Job requirements**:

- Extensive retail experience including experience in management and business administration
- Enthusiasm and a genuine passion about fashion and streetwear
- Leadership skills to achieve personal and business success
- Team motivating, coaching and development
- High level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills across all levels (e.g. teammember, customer and authorities)
- Flexibility to work across our opening hours
- Extensive English knowledge as well as good MS Office skills
