Clariness is looking for a Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) based in Berlin, Hamburg or London. - Full-time; unlimited - About the role: In this role, you will play a key part in driving the successful delivery of complex, multi-country projects at Clariness. Acting as a central coordination point, you will ensure that timelines, documentation, and communication flow seamlessly across teams and stakeholders. You will support junior coordinators in their day-to-day tasks, contribute to continuous process improvements, and help maintain high operational standards across all project activities. Tasks As a Senior Project Manager (f/m/d), you would be responsible for: Supporting the planning and coordination of complex, multi-country projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and documentation are aligned across all stakeholders. Providing guidance and day-to-day support to junior coordinators, helping them navigate processes, improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality work. Maintaining consistency and accuracy in project documentation, schedules, and budget tracking to ensure smooth project delivery. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify workflow gaps and contribute to the development of more scalable and efficient ways of working. Conducting internal quality checks to ensure all project materials meet Clariness’ standards as well as regulatory and client requirements. Supporting the implementation and optimization of project management tools and systems to enhance transparency, efficiency, and team performance. Requirements We would like you to have: Successfully completed relevant studies, ideally in Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare/Clinical fields, Public Health, Health Informatics, Market Research, Biostatistics, or a comparable discipline. 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment. Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. Proven experience supporting or mentoring team members, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a structured approach to delivering high-quality work.
