Senior Project Manager (Construction Consultancy – Commercial sector)

Role: full-time, permanent.
Office: London, Hybrid.

We are currently looking to strengthen our growing Property & Construction team in London, looking to recruit an additional Senior Project Manager, or Project Director into our team. You will have opportunity to be involved with large, high-profile Commercial projects across the South East, ranging from £10m-£100m+.

Experience working in a Senior Project Manager (or higher) capacity within a Consultancy organisation (Essential)
Experience working within the Commercial, Life Sciences, Leisure, Mix-Use sectors (Essential)
Experience working on projects across the full project lifecycle
Relevant Construction related qualifications (beneficial)
Experience using JCT forms of contract
