Rullion Limited have an exciting contract opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our well respected Banking clients based in Wimbledon, South-West London.
The Senior Business Analyst will act as an intermediary between the business community and the vendor, working with IT project teams and business clients. As the project is currently in flight, you will be responsible for tracing the requirements and willhave responsibility for UAT testing and the business change and readiness planning, as well as documenting the business processes and defining the operating model for using the tool.
The Senior BA will be expected to lead and drive the functional integrity of the overall solution ensuring that all key elements of the business case are satisfied by the business requirements and the solution aligns to the architecture roadmap.
The Senior Business Analyst role is a client facing role and will face off to business users up to senior management levels and into IT delivery colleagues and will work closely with the Lead Business Analyst and Programme/Project Managers to facilitatethe successful delivery of the project. The Senior Business Analyst will also be responsible for the training of users across the business.
**Essential skills**
- You will have strong 3rd vendor management skills and workshop facilitation skills.
- You must have a good understanding of business change and software development life cycles and approaches, and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems.
- Possesses a broad understanding of business and business skills, and understands the significance of commercial constraints
- Excellent interpersonal skills and are highly experienced at engaging with stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
The Senior Business Analyst will take ownership for the full lifecycle of this project and therefore you must be self-sufficient and can work independently.
