The heart of our work is the delivery of high quality, experiential leadership development and we are seeking a **Programmes Administrator** to join the team and support the delivery of this important work.
**Job purpose**
With a love of supporting people with their learning and solving problems, the Programmes Administrator will carry out a wide variety of tasks designed to ensure the smooth running of a small but dynamic team and support the administrative tasks involved in delivering our leadership programmes.
This will include providing a range of organisational and administrative support and acting as the first point of contact for the organisation, including liaison with programme participants and those taking up our wider leadership development opportunities. They will be required to be flexible and agile in dealing with new and changing priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide **administrative support** across Clore Social’s portfolio of leadership development offerings
- Support the **selection, appointment and onboarding **of programme participants
- **Maintain accurate administrative, programme and organisational databases **in line with GDPR requirements
- **Create and manage efficient internal processes**:
- Oversee the **administration and implementation **of Clore Social Leadership’s coaching component and Find A Coach service
- Collate feedback and evaluation metrics; **support the evaluation of programme outcomes and impact**:
- **Support the preparation and delivery **of learning events, residentials, webinars and short courses
- Support the Learning Programmes Manager with the **project management** of Clore Social’s portfolio of programmes and projects
- **Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders** including facilitators, coaches and participants
- **Provide ad hoc support** to the Clore Social team, including assisting with special research projects and the production of documents, presentations and reports

- Knowledge of the social sector (D)
**Place and hours of work**
The post is for five full days each week normally within office hours (9.30am-5.30pm) but some attendance may be required at evening events in addition to normal hours as necessary. Flexible working arrangements will be considered.
Clore Social Leadership operates a hybrid remote-working model. Semi-regular attendance at our co-working office space in London will be required and can be discussed in more detail at the interview stage.
**Salary, benefits and contract terms**
Salary range for this role is £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, for an initial one-year contract with the possibility of extension.
The post holder is entitled to 25 days of annual leave per annum in addition to statutory holidays.
**Reporting relationships**
This role will report into the Director of Leadership Programmes.
