**Server - Porterhouse Grill (Day-time hours only)**

We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Server to join 21 Hospitality at our restaurant, Porterhouse Grill, within Fenwick Department Store, Newcastle as **both part-time and full-time positions.**

At Porterhouse, Saltwater’s neighbour, it’s all about the meat.

Guests can choose from our menus, watch our chefs at work, buy some more to take home.

To showcase what cooking with meat is all about, we’ve brought together a butcher’s counter, a steakhouse and a team of talented chefs offering great service in a beautiful environment

**The Person**
As a Server you will work closely with the management team, you will assist with the day-to-day procedures of the restaurant and have excellent opportunity for personal development. You will receive comprehensive menu and service training. **Full-time and Part-time positions are available.**
- Great people skills.

- Prior experience as a Server within a quality restaurant
- Eagerness to ‘roll their sleeves up and get stuck in’
- Passion for hospitality and food, along with the eagerness to continually learn
- Good command of English
- A strong work ethic
- Drive and ambition to progress their career in a quality restaurant group
