**Waiter/Waitress - 21 Hospitality Group**

We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join the 21 Hospitality Group at our restaurants Saltwater, Porterhouse, and Cafe 21 within Fenwick Department Store, Newcastle.

You will be part of a team working with an established group of 160 employees across the group, providing a consistent product to an exceptional level each day, serving guests in a comfortable environment to an exacting standard.

**The Person**
As a Waiter/ Waitress you will work closely with the management team, you will assist with the day-to-day procedures of the restaurant and have excellent opportunity for personal development. You will receive comprehensive menu and service training.

You must be prepared to work approximately 30 hours per week.
- Great people skills.
- Is immaculately presented
- Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress within a quality restaurant
- Eagerness to ‘roll their sleeves up and get stuck in’
- Passion for hospitality and food, along with the eagerness to continually learn
- Good command of English
- A strong work ethic
- Drive and ambition to progress their career in a quality restaurant group
