We’re looking for a Business Services Coordinator to join our team based in either Leeds, Wakefield or Darlington. As a Business Services Coordinator you’ll support and enable the delivery of capital investment, maintenance, and all operational capabilitiesby the Operations Directorate. The broad scope of this role encompasses the delivery and coordination of business services and administrative support to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll be leading on
- Responses to customer enquiries and complaints are drafted and completed to the required performance standards for quality and timeliness
- Supporting operational delivery through the enabling of regulatory and legal processes, which may include Traffic Orders, Planning Applications, and Information Requests.
- Develop and maintain performance management information and reports to ensure that all operational support and business services activities are delivered.
- Enable and support effective information management including the maintenance of documents and records, processing payments and dissemination of notices, memoranda and information.
- Provision of effective administrative support to the business. A broad ranging accountability which may include executive and project support, support to meetings and conferences, and management of supplies and consumables.
To be successful
- Experience in Business Administration or Operational Support environment
- Excellent administrative skills along with sound organisational skills
- Ability to communicate with key internal and external stakeholders both written and verbal
- Good knowledge and experience using MS Office programmes and working on other in-house systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
