An exciting opportunity has come up to join our Marketing department, leading the charge as an Insight Executive within the Market Insight team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career and gain exposure to senior stakeholders from various areas of the business, whilst acting as an insight champion in a fast-moving role customer-centric role.

As an Insight Executive, you’ll be responsible for delivering regular insights to senior management, whilst supporting and managing research projects for new and existing products. You’ll be someone who pro-actively seeks out and keeps up to date with key insights / trends within the market, ensuring the business is aware of the competitive space.

The role is looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, desire to own and deliver on key insight streams, a curiosity to spot opportunities and make recommendations, as well as someone who is excited by using research (e.g. customer surveys, focus groups) to understand both our customers and the wider market.

**Reporting to the Senior Market Insight Manager, as the Insight Executive, you will**
- Be customer centric and have their best interests at heart, ensuring all insight delivered aims to put them at the centre of our products, services, and experiences
- Support on the design, delivery, and management of research activities, which’ll be used to shape the products and services offered by Admiral - whether this be internally (e.g. built within the team), or undertaken by our research partners
- Liaise with teams in the business to support on their research needs, whilst collaborating with other teams who support the process (e.g. ECRM)
- Deliver on and communicate out our range of competitor / market insight reports (e.g. changes to our competitor digital journey, media spend, website traffic)
- Be pro-active in looking for opportunities to further enhance the insight shared with the business across the various insight tools at our disposal
- Present key and actionable insights to the wider Market department, as well as other key stakeholders in the business
- Investigate and deliver desktop research on business wide questions about competitors / wider market
- Keep up to date with trends affecting consumers, competitors and the wider insurance / financial service market
- Support where possible with other workstreams within the Customer Value and Diversification workstream

**Ideally you will have**
- A passion for research and getting to the heart of insight from our customers
- Experience and knowledge of research methodologies and techniques (e.g. survey writing / data analysis)
- Able to quickly learn new insight tools and getting the most value from these
- The ability to write clear, concise, and engaging reports for stakeholders
- Confidence in speaking and presenting to stakeholders of various seniority
- The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload, working to tight deadlines
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- A sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Willingness to speak up and provide new ideas and suggestions to improve current team processes
- Receptive to feedback, process changes, and able to learn and adapt in a fast-moving role

**Additional information**
- Our office is based in Cardiff, working on a hybrid approach to remote working, 1-2 days in the office (or more if you prefer)
