**Responsibilities**:
- To oversee, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for pipeline new build schemes working with marketing agencies and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the information published is correct.
- Ensure marketing and scheme related information and promotional material are kept up to date across all marketing platforms.
- Maximise income by proactively administering new build sales from marketing, initial enquiry to offer stage assessing eligibility and affordability of prospective purchasers.
- Provide excellent customer service in accordance with our service standards keeping clear contact records on our internal systems
- A first point of contact for viewings and other site related visits
- Work in partnership with the sales progressor and sales adviser to ensure homes are ready for marketing and sold within target.
- Monitor the number of enquires, viewings and abortive sales by scheme to record performance and provide trend reports to management.
- Attend site meetings and handovers to build ongoing relationships with site and developer sales staff.
- Participate in specification selections for new build homes and hold accurate records of choices for future sales and marketing purposes.
- Complete weekly property checks to monitor conditions of unsold homes and report any defects or issues identified, retaining clear records.
