The luxurious Kensington Suite Meeting Room sets the stage for the perfect board meeting, dinner, cocktail or symposium, with natural daylight and a capacity for 60 guests. In addition, Clubino is the ideal venue for private dining, cocktail parties and dancing for up to 180 guests.

**The Role**

A fantastic full-time opportunity has arisen as **Spa Receptionist** to join our Spa team at the Baglioni Hotel London to effectively deliver and exceed our guests’ needs and expectations and to provide the highest levels of personalised five-star customer service.

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, the Spa Receptionist responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following tasks and performances:

- Provide a courteous and efficient service to all guests;
- Maintain the levels of service to the highest standards at all times;
- Be responsible for greeting guests in a warm friendly manner;
- Be a true ambassador for excellent service;
- Deal with all requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner, whether face to face or over the telephone.

**The successful Spa Receptionist will**:

- Have previous experience in a similar role within a luxury environment;
- Be fluent in English is essential; other languages would be of benefit;
- Be committed to respond to guest requests and deliver high level of service;
- Be enthusiastic and passionate about customer satisfaction and endeavour to create the perfect customer Spa experience;
- Be motivated, welcoming and highly organised;
- Work well under pressure with excellent ability to co-ordinate guest flow and bring good administration skills;
- Have excellent grooming standards;
- Have excellent customer service and time management skills.
