With over 30 years' experience working in the industry, we're steeped in recruitment history when it comes to Aerospace, Automotive, and Maritime.

Having held a box seat to observe and influence the changing demands in the market, we've been able to adapt our product offering and recruitment service accordingly - continuing to supply traditional engineering talent whilst developing our capability andexperience to become one of the UK's leading suppliers of technology resource.

We've recently brought our Mobility Engineering and Technology businesses together, with aggressive growth plans which include a drive to replicate our UK success in the wider international market.

**The Position**:
Whether you're experienced in management already or have mentored and supported in a senior recruitment capacity and are looking for your first role as a Team Leader, this could be the right move for you.

This role will also require an ambitious and commercially minded individual who will be involved in shaping the future of the division, including contributing to strategic decision making, opportunity identification, future investment.

We are a collaborative and talented team with mixed experience levels from 6 months - 20 years+ and offer a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to step up or an established manager to play a major role in our ambitious growth plans.

**Must have's;**
- Team management experience.
- Recruitment experience.
- Demonstratable experience of both new client acquisition as well as development from contingent to managed relationships.
- Solutions orientated.

**What you will be responsible for;**
- Leading from the front with your sales and recruitment activity
- Training and supporting your team
- Weekly meetings and quarterly appraisals
