**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimise efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of Boarding Houses, classrooms and public areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, hospital/care or education sector is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: Up to £33,000.00 per year

- supervisory or management: 3 years (required)

- COSHH (preferred)
