Meraki Talent are partnered with one of the UK’s largest banking and financial services institutions to appoint a Client Service Specialist on a full-time, permanent basis. This opportunity is based in Edinburgh city centre and is offering a salary of £24,000 per annum.

The purpose of the Client Service Specialist is to support the delivery of client service excellence as well as managing risks and issues on a daily basis.

**Duties**:

- Manage and resolve queries
- Establish and maintain exceptional working relationships
- Support account managers and client service team leaders to improve overall client experience
- Assist with resolving complaints and escalations
- Recognising when problems should be transferred to relevant departments

**To be considered you must**:

- Have experience working in a client facing role
- Have experience building and managing complex relationships
- Have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
