The Cloud Client Service Specialist will work on different facets of the Cloud operations function, as a member of a global OPS team for the Insurance Business Unit.

He or she will support the production and development environments. This includes both internal tasks - providing support to internal employees - as well as responding to client tickets and troubleshooting production issues.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage the day-to-day running of the Client Services & Support Specialist function in conjunction with Client Services Support Managers in other global regions.
- Primary point of contact for users of Moody’s insurance software, manage and prioritize inbound requests to provide timely resolution for end-user reported problems in line with our SLAs.
- Coordinate and train new staff members on how to respond to client inquiries and handle new or difficult issues.
- Understand and explain complex cloud solutions to our clients and provide constructive feedback to the sales and product groups regarding client needs and opportunities.
- Manage and escalate requests appropriately, both within Cloud Ops and to other departments or third party vendors, while maintaining ownership of the client interaction.
- Analyze data to ensure compliance with performance metrics and preparing management reports.
- Implement procedural enhancements to improve client experience and quality in service delivery.
- Knowledge of current cloud technologies - in particular, Azure and AWS
- Knowledgeable of Windows Operating System
- Basic knowledge of containers / virtualization, such as Docker, Kubernetes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to work effectively with clients, peers, and business/IT management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, a can-do attitude, and motivated to succeed and grow.
- Ability to work with remote team members, fluent in English
