**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Assist in all activities to maintain BRC and Auditing all QC paperwork on a daily basis according to BRC requirements and make sure all the paperwork is signed and filed.
- Ensure adequate record system is maintain and assist in updating quality manual in line with process, product or change in specification
- Able to manage and juggle multiple tasks, recognising changing priorities
- Have good knowledge and assist with administrative tasks
- Assist in updating internal specifications.
- Overall responsible for checking and keeping of production control sheet and other quality control record, and ensuring only recent versions of documents are used.
- Hygiene standards check
- Knowledge of Personal hygiene and biological and chemical analysis awareness and current food bacteria’s
- CCP Verification
- Glass and Perspex Audit
- Assisting in traceability audits
- Customer Complaint Investigation and foreign body investigations
- Gather and prepare microbiological samples, meet micro schedules.
- Audit and file production paperwork. Score and communicate the quality of the paperwork to the production team
- Promote a high standard of awareness and understanding at site level of all appropriate policies, procedures and product specifications.
- Absenteeism Cover - Cover essential elements of technician role in the event of absence.
- Raw Material Traceability - monitoring ‘Goods in’ of all items and processing labels and attaching labels to products
- Packaging Traceability monitoring
- Monitoring product and chiller temperature
- Assisting in updating the documentation to compliance of technical records
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
- Ability to efficiently manage time and meet all deadlines
- Self-motivated with proven leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in similar role is necessary (ideally in Caviar industry)
- Must be able to work in a team environment also to work on own initiative.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Must have good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, effectively under pressure, and deadline-oriented environment.
- Must be able to travel abroad

(40 hours per week).

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
