You will be responsible for Quality Control of Customer DueDiligence cases.Key Skills and Responsibilities Quality Control Analyst include: Providing quality control (4eye) for Client Due Diligence Global files for new accounts, periodic reviews and event driven reviews in line with Global Procedures and Global StandardsProvide guidance and training to CDD analysts where necessary Liaise with Quality Control colleagues to ensure consistency amongst the team Liaise with CDD Managers to provide feedback on training needs, thematic issues and any other items that needs addressingWork closely with the First Line Monitoring team to ensure file quality is consistently met in line with the 29 Key Controls Ensure that CDD analysts are making considered and consistent judgement calls in terms of escalation and risk mitigation within theCDD process Ensure the CDD analysts are using considered and consistent professional judgement to analyse matches and making recommendations with regards to PEPS, Sanctions and Adverse Media screeningMust-Have: Solid understanding of Global and Local ClientDue Diligence policy Broad knowledge of Financial Institutions, Markets and Corporate entities Strong understanding of KYC/AML Strong QC analysis experience that complies with Due Diligence policies Reporting CDD feedback from First Line Monitoring Timelyand accurate completion of objectives Solid experience of: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint Previous Banking experience preferred This is a great role within a progressive team within an established Financial Service environment.
