**Role Purpose**:
To manage the day to day operations of the administrative side of the warehouse. Ensure all inbound and outbound stocks are recorded accurately. Support Technical / Operations / Supply chain / Finance / and all other relevant departments in the recording of key information / investigating issues on receipts and outbound. Manage the returns process of all quarantined stock and all equipment. Manage all aspects of document control and warehouse admin duties

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Book in all inbound stock onto the ERP system, spot checking deliveries to ensure accurate data.
- Run daily reports and inform Planning when a supplier has not booked in / arrived.
- Inform Planning of all discrepancies on paperwork.
- Maintain all key control documents required for food safety and traceability.
- Manage all transfers to and from 3PL’s.
- Manage the booking in system
- Investigate / following process all finance invoice queries relating to inbound deliveries
- Manage the returns process on the business ERP system ensuring stock has been collected.
- Maintain the filing system for all inbound and relevant paperwork.
- Be a point of contact for all departments requiring warehouse information
- Communicate issues to all relevant parties on inbound materials / packaging
- Carry out all other administrative duties relating to the warehouse and stock control
- Adherence to policies and procedures, at all times.
- Living the BBF Values.

- Invoice queries

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required**

**Essential**
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package including Excel
- Leadership Skills
- Team Work
- Good organisational skills and self-motivation
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent Communicator

**Desirable**
- Previous warehouse experience in a food environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.03 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
