You will be hands on with technical development, improvement of existing products, the creation of new products and processes and project management**:

- Designing consumable products withinthe cleaning / pharmaceutical industry.

**Important Bits
**Salary** - £27,000 - £29,000 Per Annum + Yearly Bonus

**Location** - Skegness - PE25

**Role Type** - Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday (Possibility to work from home for up to 3 days a week)

**Relocation Package - **One off payment of £2,000 (£2520pa for graduates) + support and advice

**Benefits** - 30 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days for loyalty service. A generous yearly bonus (3-5% of annual salary) paid every January, to all staff. Company pension contributions of 5% of salary

**The Role
**You’ll have R+D projects assigned to you, you’ll then undertake all planning, prototype testing organisation, problem solving, documenting, reporting and innovating throughout with support from various departments.** You’ll keep records ofresults and interpret data to offer useful feedback and fuel ideas for future innovation.

**This is a great role for a graduate looking to jump right into research and development**, you should enjoy creating, idea generating and striving to continuously improve. It would also suit someone who has an R+D background already and islooking to specialise. You’ll work collaboratively to build on ideas and make designs become reality.
