OverviewJoin to apply for the Team Leader role at Butlin's.About the roleYou'll need to have an 18th Edition electrical qualification, as well as an HVK license. Responsible for the efficient running of our Electrical Function within our Skegness resort, you’ll ensure that the highest standard of service is met consistently, ensuring that we delight our guests and receive positive feedback.ResponsibilitiesLead a team to deliver the best service to customers while ensuring the team is engaged and following best practice.Support day-to-day activities of the electrical team, including routine maintenance, servicing and repairing of domestic, commercial and electrical equipment.Manage project works with both the team and subcontractors.Plan and operate the rota system including on-call arrangements; be available for call outs if required.Demonstrate strong fault-finding and installation knowledge.Work a 5-day week over 7 days with flexibility required; occasional late work and at least one weekend day per week may need to be covered.As part of Resorts Management, manage internal teams and external service providers to ensure full compliance with all H&S policies.Oversee all team activities within the department including recruitment, performance and team development; conduct regular 121s and PDP discussions to support development and career with Butlin’s.Maintain guest experience as a top priority and adapt to changing demands with a proactive mindset.About You / Qualifications18th Edition electrical qualification and HVK license.Experienced electrical leader with ability to train and coach a team in a customer-focused environment.Experience in leading teams, prioritising a demanding workload, working on your own initiative, and proficient in PC/Microsoft suite.Confident in directing and responding in any situation while delivering consistent brand standards.Able to lead, motivate and engage the team, even during peak periods, and manage multiple priorities.Inspiring leadership to deliver results for teams and guests daily.General / Employment DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: Travel ArrangementsAbout Butlin'sAt Butlin’s, we’re all about fun, excitement, and adventure by the bucketload.
